"Do You Hear Me Now?" symbolizes me going through my healing journey, processing childhood traumas of never feeling fully understood or heard, and always remaining quiet instead of speaking my mind. Being an adult, going to therapy, and doing the internal work has taught me so much of the importance of expressing myself fully, before it comes down to having a meltdown in order for people to take you and your feelings seriously.
